Job Title: HR Project Coordinator
Location: London (Bank Street) - Ideally 2 days in the office
Salary: Negotiable - Circa 60k-70k

We're hiring an HR Project Coordinator to support our growing international project teams!

In this role, you'll manage workforce planning, sourcing, onboarding, compliance, travel, and accommodation for our blue-collar teams (e.g., Electrical Fitters, Commissioning Managers). You'll work closely with project teams, suppliers, and global compliance partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce planning and direct sourcing of blue-collar talent

Candidate interviewing, selection, and onboarding

Managing compliance (tax, immigration, site access)

Organising travel, accommodation, PPE, and logistics

Ongoing support for site teams (rotations, holidays, contract management)

Handling grievances and supporting HR processes

What we're looking for:

HR/project coordination experience, ideally with technical/blue-collar workforces

Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks across fast-paced projects

Knowledge of employment law and international compliance (a plus)
