One of my clients, a reputable care organisation, are looking for an experienced deputy manager for one of the services they have in Bexhill. The deputy manager will work closely with the registered manager and together will help manage the day to day business within the service. The deputy manager will be a focal point of call for a number of staff and carers within their own unit.

The service itself, is a supported living service caring for adults suffering with mental health, learning disabilities and other complex needs

Candidate requirements:

- NVQ L3
- Experience in a supported living /residential setting
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of CQC regulations
