Our client is a well-respected business operating within the construction and house building nationally.
As a result of promotion from within, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the business on a fulltime permanent basis.
This position will work closely with the finance and procurement manager and operate as the No 2 in finance.
Overview
- Responsible for ordering & raising purchase orders & purchase invoices,
- Processing Sales order & invoices on Sage & Customer platforms
- Posting journals & Balance sheet reconciliations
- Updating data onto our compliance software Vision
- Other reasonable request by the line manager.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Good level of Excel & Word skills
