We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in waste and recycling to oversee operations in Surrey. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who is passionate about sustainability and has a track record of improving operational efficiency in the waste management sector.

Operations Manager with a hands on management approach of blue collar workers.

40% Office based duties

60% Based in the yard overseeing operations (waste recycling)

Understand the challenges of managing a yard and staff with the ability to operate a machine if needed or drive an HGV. Experienced with decision making, best practice, health and safety, recruiting and training of staff and completing paperwork.
