Salary - Up to £47,000 basic + Package

Shifts - Monday - Friday

Location - Wednesbury

Skills required for the job - Maintenance Team Leader

* Leading a team of shift engineers

* Developing the team

* Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness

* Maintenance and repairs on production machinery

* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

* Provide technical support when required

* Aspiration to progress into Engineering management in the future
