Sales CoordinatorEast Grinstead£25,000 - £28,000 We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and comes with a salary between £25,000 - £28,000.Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator

• Provide excellent customer care  
• Excellent communication with other departments
• Update delivery dates, track deliveries
• Follow leads through marketing, advertising and meeting with customers
• Great understanding of products, services and overall objectives
• Flexible with working Saturdays and Open Days
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings
• Assisting the MD/Project Manager with:
  • Diary management
  • Meet financial targets
  • Customer service Monitoring and following up all general sales enquiries
  • Administrative and organisational duties
  • Follow up planning/ building regulation application and liaising with the planning authorities and technical department

Requirements for Sales Coordinator

• Understanding of Microsoft office
• Experience in sales
• Organised and administration experience
• Willingness to work out of office hours
• Experience in customer service with great communication skills
• Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable approaching customers
