This opportunity offers development into an Associate Director / Director.

Chartered Building Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum MRICS or FRICS
•  Dilapidations, Party Walls, defect diagnosis and General Building Surveys experience
• Experience in Commercial, Residential and Industrial
• Strong communication skills
• UK driving licence
