Francesca's Recruitment is recruiting for a Key Working Company based near Buxton, they are looking for an Administrator.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) can be flexible on start and finish times
Location - Tideswell

·Administrator Role
- Processing customer orders/ sales orders
- Responsible for checking pricing on pricing matrix's
- Providing internal business admin support to the sales and retention teams
- Updating Sales reports
- Updating Excel business reports
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone (no sales involved)
- Entering delivery requests onto the system
- Volume data processing as required
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel to an intermediate level required
Administrator Skills Required
- -You will be a proven sales admin / business administrator
- You will ideally have held a similar role recently /previously
- Have a good working understanding of customer service and able to work to tasks and deadline
- You will be process driven, with an excellent eye for detail
- You will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office
