We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) to join a well-established FMCG / food manufacturing business. It's a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern rotating between days and nights, and you'll be part of a solid team that knows how to get the job done without the drama.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a busy production site

Fault finding, repairs and working to reduce downtime

Supporting ongoing improvements and engineering projects

Ensuring machinery is running smoothly and safely at all times

What You'll Need:

Maintenance experience in an FMCG, food or similar manufacturing environment

Either electrical or mechanical bias (with a good understanding of the other side)

A hands-on, proactive attitude - you fix problems properly, not just patch them up

Comfortable working 4 on 4 off, days and nights

This is a role where you'll be supported, challenged, and given the space to do your job well - without being micromanaged
