About the role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school in Haringey. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting our talented teaching staff, leading small group sessions, and stepping in to cover classes when needed. Your role will be dynamic and varied, helping to create a stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.

Located in a lovely area with beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces, the school is committed to academic excellence, creativity, and the holistic development of its pupils. Application Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to adapt and lead in a classroom setting.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group sessions and support classroom learning.
• Cover classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
