Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Location: Hatfield

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Annual Leave: 30 days including Bank Holidays

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a reliable and highly organised PPM & Service Coordinator to join their team.

PPM & Service Coordinator - Role and Responsibilities:

*

Working closely with the Service & Maintenance Manager to support daily operations

*

Logging service calls and scheduling works

*

Liaising directly with clients regarding service and maintenance appointments

*

Coordinating Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules

*

Preparing all associated PPM documentation

*

Raising purchase orders and ordering required parts for new works

*

Drafting quotes for new and existing clients

*

Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

*

Booking travel and accommodation for engineers (hotels, flights, parking)

*

Organising permits where required

*

Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant with industry standards

PPM & Service Coordinator - Skills and Experience Required:

*

Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry (Essential)

*

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

*

Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
