Our client are a specialist Fit Out contractor in London.

Due to a busy 2025 they are now looking to hire an Estimator to join their team in London.

Skills and Requirements:

BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2+ years' experience as a estimating within a similar type of contractor
Ideally previous experience working with a Fit Out Contractor
Review tender documents
Pricing projects
Producing bill of quantities
Prepare the handover material and liaise with design and operations teams
Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Happy to undertake site visits when required.
Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
