Must Have's

Proven experience in Financial Services Management

Strong leadership and communication skills

CeMAP qualified

In-depth mortgage knowledge and understanding of industry regulations

*

A track record of working to and exceeding KPIs

Previous experience leading sales teams within a regulated environment

Comfortable presenting in senior meetings and managing stakeholder relationships

A passion for coaching and mentoring teams

So what will you be doing?

*

Leading and supporting a team of mortgage advisors to hit targets and drive performance

*

Building and maintaining strong relationships across internal teams and key partners

*

Delivering ongoing training, coaching and technical support

*

Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement

*

Supporting complex mortgage cases and ensuring smooth operations

*

Regularly reporting progress and updates to senior stakeholders
