Production Supervisor
Permanent role
Monday to Thursday only
7am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
£15.00 per hour to £16.50 per hour
Based in Telford, Hortonwood area
Working in a manufacturing and production environment
Ideally with Team leading / Supervisory experience
Working in the Dip Moulding department
Duties of a Production Supervisor
- Managing a team of people
- Monitor output vs achievements vs targets
- Run the Dip Moulding section to schedules
- Monitor scrap levels
- Ensure that the Integrated Management System requirements are maintained
- Assist the Production Manager
- Ensure that all maintenance and housekeeping duties are adhered to
Experience of a Production Supervisor
- Ideally worked in a manufacturing and production environment
- Must be computer literate
- Previous Team Leading or Supervising experience
- Knowledge of working with IMS
- Familiar with machine setup and targets
- Manage, train and develop staff
