Hawkfield Recruitment is currently working with a multi-site car dealership based in the Worcester area and we are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Manager for their busy Aftersales team.
As Parts Manager you will have previous main dealer experience within a franchised dealership. With a proven track record of managing all aspects of the Parts logistics operation. The role will involve a strong focus on achievement of Key Performance Indicators and Parts sales penetration.
Key responsibilities of Parts Manager:
• To deliver a superior Parts service to all customers, both internal and external
• Achieve all Parts objectives through a well-developed and motivated Parts team
• Achieve an acceptable market share, through maximum sales of Parts to trade and retail outlets and other dealership departments
• Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment
• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
• Carry out stock audits
