We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Supervisor to join our team and manage backlog voids efficiently.Job Description: As a Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the turnaround of vacant properties, ensuring they are refurbished and ready for new tenants within agreed timescales. You will manage a team of operatives and contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the refurbishment of void properties.
• Supervise a team of operatives and contractors, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
• Monitor and report on the progress of voids, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all void properties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of void property management and refurbishment processes.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
