Digital Video Specialist
Peterborough - Hybrid (working 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home)
Initial 12-month contract - very likely to be extended for the right person!

As a Digital Video Specialist you'll join a global team, creating, filming, editing and producing training videos that clearly explain complex ideas for Training and Development. Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality training videos, bringing ideas to life through dynamic graphics, visuals and audio
* Edit and design materials tailored for a variety of training initiatives
* Contribute to creative training initiatives across diverse business units
* Work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
* Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with global teams and external audiences effectively
Qualifications and skills
* Ideally 3- 5 years of experience in multimedia development
* Experience with industry-standard video production and design tools (Adobe Pro)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
* Self-starter mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multinational environment
