Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs? We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist further education provider in the North East that supports young adults aged 16-25 with a range of learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Personal Tutor to join a well-established and dynamic team, based in Forest Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne. The college is dedicated to helping its learners build independence, communication, and employability skills through tailored, high-quality learning programmes.

About the Role:

As a Personal Tutor, you will:

* Plan, deliver and manage engaging, high-quality learning sessions tailored to individual needs

* Work with learners aged 19-25 who have complex learning and physical disabilities, including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)

* Support learners with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) using a structured and routine-based approach

* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a person-centred educational experience

* Help learners transition into adulthood with confidence and capability

What We're Looking For:

* Experience working with young people with complex needs, including PMLD and ASC

* A flexible, organised approach with a strong understanding of routine and structure

* A passion for inclusive education and supporting learners' independence and personal development

* Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or related fields are desirable
