Location: Sheffield

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

The Role

Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
Analyse drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain industry knowledge of materials and methods.
Present estimates professionally to clients.
Assist in tender submissions and track project costs.

The Candidate

Proven experience as a Structural or Architectural Steel Estimator.
Strong knowledge of structural/architectural steel and construction methods.
Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management.
