Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Area: Norwich

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an award winning building company who specialise in high end bespoke construction projects from period restoration to modern new builds.

If you are a QS who is passionate and wants to join the team and work for a successful company in a niche position in the local market place, this could be the role for you!!!

Key Role Objectives

* Management of Subcontractors - review and analyse prices, place orders and manage sub-contractors through to certification of payment and package completion.

* Attend contract meetings and report as required.

* Interim valuations and variations.

* Pre-tender surveys.

* Assist with pricing tenders, pricing sub-contractors, specialists, utilities and materials etc.

* Project Procurement

What you will need:

* A formal qualification and experience of commercial management.

* Experience as a commercial manager/Quantity Surveyor

* You will like being part of a busy office environment and dealing with a multitude of different challenges.

* Relevant experience within the industry
