As an Estimator in the office fitout arena you've got to be on your toes, because the chances are that 90% of what you're tendering is new business.

Because let's face it, if you got it right first time roudn they should be pretty happy in their new home.

That brings with it it's own challenges but when you have the support of well structured and hard working commercial team it becomes a lot easier.

You'd be looking at a salary up to £80k for the right person, with a fantastic benefits package inclsuing project bonuses and private helathcare.

All you'd need to be considered in D&B and fitout experience.

And of course you'll need to have some estimating exprience!
