We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Solar Sales Manager with excellent people skills to join us at Stratford Energy Solutions. Along with a salary of circa £25,000 per annum, you will also receive uncapped commission, regular performance appraisals, a great office working environment, ongoing training & development and a day off for your birthday!

What you'll do as Solar Sales Manager at Stratford Energy Solutions?

Guiding, advising and selling the benefits of Solar PV Home Battery Systems to homeowners
You will be provided with fully qualified enquiries to then engage with the client to discuss their individual requirements in the comfort of their own homes. You will offer them market leading technologies as well as working on their pop-up community events.

At Stratford Energy Solutions, we're looking for a Solar Sales Manager with:

High-level communication skills (essential)
Ideally a proven track record in the residential Solar industry working with brands such as SolarEdge & Tesla
A high level of numeracy and a comprehensive understanding of monetary values along with the ability to apply them on a day-to-day basis whilst customer facing
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
You must be self-motivated, hardworking and conscientious
Due to the nature of the work, if successful, a basic DBS will need to be completed. 

You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, with 1-hour for lunch.
