We are working with Newham to recruit for a Senior Social Worker for the Learning Disabilities Team. They are offering up to £36 p/h

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cover duty
• Working on INT with a mixed caseload completing assessments
• Support planning and reviews
• Mental capacity assessments and best interest decisions
• Attending active case management MDT's and CHC meetings
• Supporting people with complex needs.
