The Care Coordinator Overview:

Are you a senior carer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for providing quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own home?

On behalf of an established, quality domiciliary care provider, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator, working with the Registered Manager of the service to organise the running of the service and produce work schedules for the team of Care Workers, around the Lancaster region.

The Care Coordinator Candidate:

* Experienced Care Supervisor, must have experience of leading a team of carers

* Passionate about person-centred care

* Knowledge and understanding of CQC legislations

* Must have good communication skills

* Computer literate with good presentation skills

* Full driving licence

The Care Coordinator Package:

* Salary: £24,000 - £27,500

The Care Coordinator Process:

The interview process for this role will be one stage.

Stage one - Face to face interview with Operations Director and Regional Manager.
