Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools in Wigan who are seeking a Religious Education Teacher to cover a long-term position due to start ASAP. This position is a full-time long-term placement, continuing on an on-going basis.

The successful Religious Education Teacher will be joining our Wigan client school who are a mission-led school, defined and driven by their Christian values, in the local community to serve the local community, providing an exceptional education to prepare students spiritually, socially and academically for life.

Pay for this position is up to £223.62 per day, depending on experience.

To be considered for this Religious Studies Teacher position based in Wigan the essentials are:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Religious Studies across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
