Site Manager - Structural Steel , Scotland

I'm looking to speak with experienced Site Managers to join a leading structural steel company, managing projects across Scotland.

This is a site-based role requiring hands-on management of structural steel projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

* Problem-solve and liaise with project stakeholders to address any challenges.

* Monitor and control project resources, labour, and material requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the structural steel industry.

* Gold or Black CSCS Card (mandatory).

* Strong understanding of structural steel installation processes.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic site environments.
