Are you an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer seeking a new opportunity amongst an innovative team of Building Services experts? A dynamic and expanding consultancy in Essex is seeking a Building Services Engineer to contribute to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expertise in M&E within Healthcare and Education sectors.
• Assist in the mechanical engineering aspects of building services projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with the engineering principal and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and project success.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and best practices.

Skills and Experience required:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in building services engineering.
• Proficient using IES software.
• Familiar with building regulation, legislation, CIBSE guides and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Have or be working towards chartership.
• Based in or around Chelmsford.
