Cover Supervisor - Secondary School (Essex)

Pay Rate: £95 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

This client are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic Secondary School based in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students' learning and ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage classes across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.

* Ensure students remain on task and follow the lesson plans provided.

* Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

* Provide support to students as needed, offering assistance with tasks and managing behavior.

* Report any issues or concerns to the school leadership team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive and productive environment.

* A flexible, proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to different subjects and classroom settings.

* A passion for education and supporting the learning of young people.

This is a Long-Term Supply role starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be paid between £95 - £120 per day, depending on experience.
