Motion Designer. London Hybrid. Up to £37K

This creative agency are looking for a Motion Designer who can transform big ideas into captivating motion, bringing energy and innovation to each project. This agency are about pushing creative boundaries, they’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to go further. If you’re passionate about impactful storytelling through motion and ready to join a collaborative team, this may be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing as a Motion Designer:

• Content Creation: translating a client’s objectives into effective, inspiring and entertaining social-first content that is specifically aimed at achieving measurable results.
• Collaboration: working with delivery teams, collaborating closely with the Creatives, Directors, and Digital Media Managers on creative ideation and execution in pursuit of truly effective content, advertising, and strategy.
• Time-Management: managing your allocated time. Clients need to know how much of Creative's time they are getting month on month. So dealing with workload and working efficiently is key here.
• You will work on a variety of different brands across all sectors.

Requirements of this Motion Designer:

• You're a talented Motion Designer with two years of creative agency experience.
• You're capable of taking strategy and executing it in social-first, show-stopping ways, with a keen eye for detail and intrigue
• You're motion obsessed and have an advanced technical understanding of the principles and how to apply them to the latest trends and innovations
• Adobe Suite is your bread and butter (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator). Experience in Red Giant and Cinema 4D or equivalent are added bonuses.
• You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves.
• You can write compelling, unique social copy for a range of different audiences
• You're comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously
