Who are they?

We are working with an incredible city-centre upscale Italian restaurant to find their next superstar Sous Chef. You will be responsible for keeping and developing the reputation of their brand and kitchen operations.

What will you get up to?

Assisting the head chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Leading the team from the front and being fundamental in their development.
Maintaining kitchen standards to the highest level and monitoring food spec and quality according to company standards.

Your DNA

Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy banqueting venue or upscale Italian restaurant.
Passionate about Italian cuisine.
Meticulous attention to detail, focused on delivering excellence at every opportunity.
