About the Role:

Our client, a well-established fire and security company, is known for delivering exceptional services to both residential and commercial clients across London. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join their skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, maintain, and fault-find on security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and related technologies.
Diagnose and resolve system faults to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate closely with clients to design tailored solutions that address their security needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.

Skills and Experience:

Proven Expertise: Extensive experience working with security systems, including installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Problem-Solving: A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues under pressure.
Communication: Ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical clients.
Mobility: A valid driving license and flexibility to travel within the London area.
