My client, who are in the Education sector are going through a period of change so they're looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator to join their established and busy team.

As an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator your duties will involve dealing with the wile recruitment process, from advertising through to onboarding.
- You will liaise with recruiting managers once approval has been provided by the senior leaders.
- Lead on advertising jobs internally and externally.
- Putting job specifications together and being the point of contact for shortlisted applications.
- Ensuring all onboarding compliance is completed.
- Develop a talent pool and dealing with all onboarding.
- Ensuring offer packs, letters and contracts are put together and sent out on time.
- Following best practice for "keeping children safe in Education".
- Assisting with the analysis of recruitment data.
- Liaising with payroll and other departments in terms of new starters and ensuring new starters are on the single central record system.
