Lecturer in CDM (Construction Design and Management) - Location: Essex

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer in CDM to join our client's team. This role involves delivering educational content to second-year students, with a focus on construction design and management.
Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver engaging and informative lessons to second-year students in the field of construction design and management.
- Prepare educational materials and lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies and practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Must be a qualified teacher with one of the following: PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
- Degree in an associated field relevant to construction design and management.
- Proven experience in delivering educational content, preferably to second-year students.
- Desirable: Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting or an educational establishment.
