HR Manager required on a part-time basis to join a growing business in Chichester. Circa 200 staff, £40m TO.

Applicants should be local to Chichester, CIPD qualified with suitable HR management experience, a background in production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.

The Role

20 hours over at least 3 days per week on-site (or can be over 4-5 days)

Implement business plans and vision

Managing a HR team of 3
Recruitment
Employment law expert
Provide a strong supportive and consistent presence at all levels throughout the businessRequirements

Previous HR manager level experience
CIPD level 5 qualified
Expert on UK employment law
