Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Full-Time Customer Service role.

35 hours per week

Flexibility is required to cover trading hours as necessary. Typically, you will work five days per week, including weekends, as agreed with your line manager.

Business Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm

* Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

* Deliver an exceptional level of customer experience, ensuring best-in-class customer service standards are maintained at all times.

* Carry out customer service activities, ensuring relevant timescales are met, including:

* Collecting rentals by direct debit daily.

* Sending welcome letters and various correspondence to customers.

* Managing CCA regulatory statements to customers within the required timescales.

* Ensuring all customer details in the system are accurate and updated to reflect any advised changes.

* Issuing finance settlement quotes promptly, adhering to departmental KPIs.

* Handling customer queries.

* Follow contractual processes in line with FCA regulations regarding early termination, the unwind process, and vehicle finance cancellations.

* Accurately log all customer calls and communications in the system.

* Ensure correct Credit Reference Agency reporting and submission of files by or before the deadline.

* Manage daily asset registration files, ensuring assets are appropriately secured and records updated or deleted when necessary.

* Address customer requests and queries promptly and consistently across multiple communication channels.

* Maintain accurate customer data in compliance with Data Protection and GDPR requirements.

* Stay informed about operational and compliance policies, attending training sessions and updates on regulatory and legislative changes.

* Provide accurate and timely reporting, monitoring departmental trends.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster good relationships within the team and across the organisation. Build excellent customer relationships to maximise business service levels. Maintain a positive attitude to achieve shared objectives and service standards
