Our goal is to provide top-quality care for our residents, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring we have the best care staff in place, while also helping us expand by bringing in new clients and agency staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

Recruiting care staff across our three homes, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver amazing care

*

Building and maintaining relationships with agency staff to ensure we always have reliable cover

*

Developing and implementing strategies to bring on new care clients, expanding our reach and impact

*

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, onboarding, and booking staff onto training

*

Working closely with our senior team to ensure staffing needs are met and services run smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare sector

A strong understanding of the recruitment process and the challenges that come with it

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
