As the Global Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop the short-, medium-, and long-term brand strategy for a leading category.

The Role:

• Responsible for creating disruptive brand and new product ideas alongside the Global Brand Director.
• Responsible for leading the brand development of new products including, brand positioning, packaging, and visual branding.
• Responsible for working with the Head of Development to identify brand opportunities and test and learn approaches for new products.
• Responsible for working with the insights planner to understand existing and future market dynamics.

The Candidate:

• 10 years plus experience in a brand marketing position, ideally from an FMCG background.
• A proven record in developing and launching new products to the market.
• Experienced in turning consumer trends into future products and marketing initiatives.
• A passion for brand development.
