This leading global law firm in London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its team.

The role involves working on M&A transactions across a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, financial services, telecoms and technology, both in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements
• Leading due diligence exercises and managing transaction processes
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide clear, client-focused legal advice
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development activities

About You:

• Experienced in corporate transactions, particularly private M&A
• Skilled in communication, drafting and negotiation
• A proactive team player with a solution-focused, adaptable mindset
• Keen to develop expertise and deliver excellent outcomes for clients
