Key Responsibilities:
A wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties.

* Fitting of various types of doors

* First and second fixing

* Kitchen installations

* Repairing minor leaks

* Replacing sanitary wear

* Ceramic wall tiling

* Vinyl floor tiling

Skills and Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or Plumbing (Time served will be considered)

* Competent in both basic carpentry and plumbing

* 2 - 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
