This established practice have a strong client base across the local area and the wider west midlands and thus enjoy a steady and reliable stream of work.We are looking for an organised, friendly and highly motivated individual to join a busy and high performing team to take on an active caseload and provide a quality legal service, assisting with a full range of residential property transactions.The successful candidate can expect to work on a caseload consisting of:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• Shared Ownership
• New Builds
