GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established contractor who are urgently in the market for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a refurbishment project in Chingford. They are a main contractor that provides refurbishment and fit out services to the Commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

Location: Chingford

Project: Lift replacement - Overseeing specialist operatives

Duration: 8 weeks

Start date: 11th October 2024

Rate: £240pd - £250pd

Requirements for the Site Manager:

* Experience working as the no.1 Manager

* SMSTS

* Valid CSCS card

* First aid
