Job Title: Theatre Scrub Nurse - Multiple Specialties

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting experienced Theatre Scrub Nurses for full-time positions at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. Starting next Monday, this role involves working across a range of surgical specialties, providing vital support in the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities

* Scrub for surgeries in various specialties, including ENT, Maxillofacial, Colorectal, Upper GI, Gynaecology, Urology, and General Surgery.

* Ensure all instruments and surgical equipment are prepared and maintained throughout procedures, working in coordination with the surgical team.

* Maintain a sterile environment, support patient safety, and adhere to best practices and NHS Trust protocols.

Position Details:

* Location: Portsmouth

* Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

* Rate: £30.00 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Experience as a Theatre Scrub Nurse

* Strong understanding of surgical procedures and operating room protocols

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
