We're seeking a meticulous Specifications Technologist to join a Food Manufacturer in Leeds.

This role focuses on validating and coordinating raw material data from suppliers to produce retailer-ready specifications efficiently and to high standards.

* Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all products meet company and retailer quality standards.

* Work with procurement on raw material projects, coordinating customer approvals.

* Manage sampling and approval processes for raw materials and finished products.

* Maintain and update product specifications databases to comply with British Retail Consortium standards.

* Oversee artwork reviews, ensuring compliance with legal labelling requirements.

* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and the senior technical team on specification updates and supplier audits.

Experience required.

* Raw material safety approval and risk assessment experience

* Retailer portal experience

* Legal labelling training
