We have an exciting opening with one of our clients.

The are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

This sub-contractor specialises in RC Frames, as a sub-contractor for many Tier 1 contractors in London. They are looking for an Estimator with experience Estimating RC Frame projects.

This is a permanent full-time role for the right person.

Skills and Requirements:

BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2+ years' experience as a estimating within a similar type of contractor
Ideally previous experience working within RC Frame.
Estimating experience within other sectors will also be considered.
Review tender documents
Pricing RC Frame projects
Producing bill of quantities
Prepare the hand-over material and liaise with design and operations teams
Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Happy to undertake site visits when required.
Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
