Location: Leisure and Commercial Sites

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Days & Night), Minimum 40 hours per week (Plus travel time)

Key Responsibilities:

* Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning - Using both truck-mounted and portable cleaning systems to provide thorough and effective cleaning.

* Jet Washing - Carrying out high-pressure cleaning for exterior surfaces.

* Window Cleaning - Ensuring clean, streak-free windows in various environments.

* Industrial Cleaning - Performing other specialist cleaning tasks as needed.

* Equipment Maintenance - Maintaining, storing, and ensuring the proper servicing of all allocated cleaning equipment.

* Vehicle Care - Operating and maintaining company vehicles, ensuring vans are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in industrial or specialist cleaning preferred.

* Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.

* Familiarity with mobile CAFM systems is an advantage.

* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
