About the Role:
As a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional quality produce to the valued customers, you will be at the forefront of innovative ideas, transforming the way we approach the entire supply chain. With your agronomy background and your love for produce, you'll lead a world-class team comprising graduates, field-based agronomy experts, produce technologists, and developers. Your exceptional leadership will shape our succession planning and foster a culture of transformational excellence.

Your Responsibilities Include:

* Drive and support your industry-leading team to deliver unrivalled performance and outcomes.
* Connect directly with farmers and producers to ensure the delivery of exemplary quality produce.
* Promote a culture of collaboration, sharing best practices, and realising the Brand strategy.
* Execute the strategic plan for the produce portfolio, upholding the Brand guardrails of taste, quality, range, and price, while aligning with the overall category strategy.
* Collaborate with the Commercial and QA team to offer products that align with customers' needs, focusing on quality and price.
* Identify new opportunities within the categories, driving differentiation for the esteemed Brand.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and cultivate strong relationships with the Centres of Excellence.
* Establish a robust external network to keep at the forefront of emerging industry trends and changes.

About You:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related discipline.
* Strong proven agronomy background.
* A proven track record of delivering transformative change and leading successful teams.
* Commercial expertise
* Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influence
