Our client are a fast-paced, highly commercial business experiencing significant growth, making this an exciting time to join their team. We're seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting managers across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handling employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance processes
- Providing HR support for performance management, including appraisals and development planning
- Assisting with various HR projects, such as policy reviews and process improvements
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
- A passion for HR and a desire to contribute to the growth of our business
