This contract is initially offered on an ongoing basis. As the Receptionist, you will provide a first-class meet and greet experience for all customers and visitors, reinforcing a customer-driven culture of continuous improvement to consistently deliver the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a first-class meet and greet reception experience for all customers and visitors.
• Reinforce a 'customer-driven' culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the company telephone switchboard.
• Collaborate with other parts of the business to improve customer service.
• Complete routine administrative tasks, including postal distribution.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Fulfil any other reasonable duties as needed to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Previous reception experience.
