This contract is initially offered on an ongoing basis. As the Receptionist, you will provide a first-class meet and greet experience for all customers and visitors, reinforcing a customer-driven culture of continuous improvement to consistently deliver the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a first-class meet and greet reception experience for all customers and visitors.
- Reinforce a 'customer-driven' culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the company telephone switchboard.
- Collaborate with other parts of the business to improve customer service.
- Complete routine administrative tasks, including postal distribution.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous reception experience.
