We are working with a brilliant practice in Glasgow who is going through an exciting expansion plan. We are looking for 3 IFA administrators for the team.

The IFA Administrator is responsible for providing support to Advisers across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, protection and pensions.

The successful candidate will work within a large team in the Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities

Key client contact: phone calls, arranging meetings, etc
Organising advisers diary
Managing client reviews/Preparing Meeting Packs
Preparing of Client Agreements and Agendas
Drafting Client communications including some Suitability Reports
Managing post meeting actions
Delivering support in a profitable manner, making use of existing and new technology
Support of Managing Director;

Diary management and oversight of inbox
Managing actions, preparation of meeting agendas and papers
Working with clientsExperience & Knowledge

Efficient in all MS Office applications, platforms and websites
Cashcalc, FE analytics and Dynamic Planner
