A world-renowned Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy are looking for a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Manchester team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join this consultancies market leading Real Estate division, supporting a number of exciting projects across the North West.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist on feasibility studies, estimating, tendering, cost planning, procurement, value engineering, and agreeing final accounts.

This role will suit a dynamic Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's looking for further variety and wider project exposure, within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, where APC support is a top priority.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally have a RICS accredited BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying.

2+ years' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
An ambitious, enthusiastic and self-driven individual
Both pre & post contract is preferredWhat's on offer?
